I believe without tremendously happy people working in the district, we cannot finalize the best growth in our students. When all employees feel trusted, listened to, worthy and confident in their jobs, all our students will sense the positive emotions and be glad they are at the school where they are.

Our board has been calling, writing and visiting employees throughout the district on a daily basis. We have put question boxes in their buildings for personal thoughts from them. We have donated time at their schools weekly for many years and bring school supplies for the children paid for by ourselves. We want success in all schools for our children.

Continuing to balance the budget and possibly looking into a bond may be the overall best for allowing us to build more buildings in the future. And we must receive a tremendous amount of help from our Legislature.
