Feb. 2, 9:30 a.m. – How to Use the Fitness Equipment. By Will Drury, physical therapist with Rocky Mountain Care. Assistance with machines and questions answered in the Fitness Room.

Feb. 6, 11 a.m. – Birthday Monday. Entertainment by Taylorsville Harmonica Band.

Feb. 7, 14, 21, 28, 9:15 a.m. – Intro to Computers and Email. Jim Sanderson will teach these two-hour classes. There is a fee of $8 for the four classes. The computer lab is available on Thursdays from 9 to 11 a.m. for anyone who needs help with a computer.

Feb. 8, 10:30 a.m. – Hearing Clinic. Provided by Sonus Professionals.

Feb. 14, 11 a.m. – Valentine’s Day Dance. With the Riverton City Jazz Band.

Feb. 15, 9 a.m. – Chair Massages.

Feb. 20, 7:30 a.m. – Wendover Bus Trip. The bus will depart at 7:30 a.m. and return at approximately 7:30 p.m. The cost is $15 per person.

Feb. 23, 10 a.m. – Podiatrist. Cost for this service is $10.

10:30 a.m. – Fall Prevention. Dr. Lynn Alvord, with Jordan Hearing and Balance Center, will

give a presentation on fall prevention topics, including dizziness and imbalance. This will be

followed by a vertigo and balance screening.

11:30 a.m. – Mike Rose, Adventurer and Storyteller.

Lunch is served Monday through Friday at noon. Reservations or cancellations should be made by noon the previous business day. Suggested lunch donation is $2.50 for patrons over 60. Patrons under 60 must pay $5.25. Transportation is available for South Jordan residents age 60 and older.
